Louise Allen

Louise Allen is the author of over thirty historical romances published by Harlequin Mills & Boon in twenty countries and almost as many languages.   She has appeared on BBC Breakfast, Eggheads and  local radio stations.  She is the Organiser for the Romantic Novelists' Association New Writers' Scheme.  Louise is happy to speak to groups, and to run workshops, in most areas of East Anglia, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Sue Moorcroft

Sue Moorcroft writes novels, short stories, serials, articles, courses and 'how to' books. She has appeared on local radio and given many talks and workshops. As the editor of the Romantic Novelists' Association's anthology, LOVES ME, LOVES ME NOT, she has worked with a London PR agency.


Based in Northamptonshire, Sue's happy to appear at literary festivals, speak to groups and to the media.

Mary Nichols

Mary Nichols has been writing historical romance for Mills & Boon since 1985.  Most of the books have a Georgian or Regency background but others have ranged from English Civil War and the Jacobite Rebellion, to Victorian times.
        

Mary is also the author of longer sagas, the latest being The Summer House published in August 2009 by Allison and Busby.        

The biography of her grandmother, The Mother of Necton, originally published by Breedon Books in 2000 has been updated and is to be published as a paperback by Larks Press in September 2009.

Mary is available for talks about writing to interested groups in the Cambridge/Norfolk area.

Rosy Thornton

Rosy Thornton writes contemporary women’s fiction for Headline Review. Her latest novel, the romantic comedy CROSSED WIRES (2009), tells the parallel stories of Peter, a Cambridge don who crashes his car when swerving to avoid a cat, and Mina, the girl in the Sheffield call centre who deals with his insurance claim.

Jan Jones

Jan Jones is an award‑winning author writing romantic comedy, Regency romance, short stories for women's magazines and poetry. She lives in Newmarket, near Cambridge and bases her novels in the local area because of the rich vein of interest and history in East Anglia. Kate Johnson/Cat Marsters

A mis-spent youth watching Buffy and reading Terry Pratchett made it inevitable that Kate Johnson would grow up and write about sexy vampires and werewolves.  She has since published about thirty erotic novels and novellas under the name Cat Marsters, most recently the Sundown Investigations collection, and five chick-lit mysteries under her own name, the latest of which is Still Waters.  Kate lives in Essex and belongs to a cat named Spike and his chief acolytes, Jack and Daisy.
